This package is recommended for those that are new to functional medicine / nutrition and will allow for greater success if one later chooses to pursue laboratory testing and further evaluation. Together we will explore specific dietary recommendations and lifestyle practices to support the nervous system, liver health, functional movement, and sleep. Foundational supplement recommendations will be made.

This package includes a GI MAP (stool test) and others depending on need. Please note that the cost of the GI MAP is not included in the package fee. For more complex conditions, the six-month comprehensive is designed to support the individual on an on-going basis to ensure safe implementation of protocols and the highest success. Healing takes time and is often non-linear, and sometimes things get worse before they get better. This package allows for the appropriate response to various hiccups that may arise as protocols are implemented.

s l o w conception is designed to support both partners in preparing body, mind, and Spirit for conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the child-rearing years. This program is intended to last one year in duration. Focus will be placed on bolstering the health of the gastrointestinal and endocrine systems, with the objective of improving epigenetic outcomes and a healthful, term pregnancy. Testing includes the GI MAP, eFHP (extended female hormone panel), and a male hormone panel with the addition of cortisol and HPA axis / adrenal health markers. If desired, add-ons to support one’s body-mechanics to prepare for a comfortable pregnancy and efficient labor, as well as to prepare for the arrival of the child with non-toxic clothing and gear can be explored.

The Pregnancy & Postpartum Packages are designed to offer dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support an enjoyable and easeful pregnancy, as well as resilience and an optimal recovery in the postpartum time. If needed, a comprehensive blood panel can be ordered in any and all trimesters of pregnancy and three-months postpartum; functional ranges will be applied to all values for both antepartum and postpartum times. Recommendations can be made for, but are not limited to, common pregnancy complaints such as nausea, emesis, edema, constipation, insomnia, hemorrhoids, SPD, SIJ dysfunction, and more. Together we can explore topics such as gestational diabetes and GBS amongst others.

The Pediatrics Package is available for children six months of age and older. This package is designed to support the overall health of our children, as well as to address specific concerns in the areas of digestion, skin health, immune function, and emotional wellbeing. The GI MAP will help to guide protocol development, as well as an in-depth history of the child, to include the birth story as well as symptom presentation. Targeted dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations will be made.

The Annual Maintenance Package includes a comprehensive blood chemistry panel as well as four (4) hours of consultation that can be used at any time throughout the year as concerns arise. This program can only be purchased after the completion of the six-month comprehensive.

This package is informed by Body Ready Method and the teachings of natural and functional movement. It is ideal for those wanting to become aware of one’s body mechanics pre-conception, so as to support the body through a well-aligned and functional pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. The program includes an initial assessment of an individual’s alignment and will provide tools to support movement that appropriately lengthens and strengthens the soft tissues of the body.
